According to the new eBay feedback system you can now not only leave a positive or negative feedback, but also grade our service in detail including the item description, communication, shipping time and charges. It's called DSR or "Detailed Seller Rating". we are told DSR's are anonymous, however for small sellers, there is nothing anonymous about DSR's. When receiving only a few feedbacks day, it is quite easy to see who is giving good ratings and who is not. When you give us 4 stars, it may seem like a great score, for instance a 4 in communication means "Satisfied", eBay however, considers this a low grade. Their standards require sellers to maintain the average of 4.8 and above or be penalized with higher fees, which ultimately get passed on to buyers In other words, anything less than 4-stars = negative feedback for us! We strive for a 5-Star service by stating upfront our policies, shipping rates and anticipated delivery time. If you were pleased with the transaction, please respond with all 5-Stars!
