Donor states, trailer VIN # has rusted away but the trailer tows good and is safe, no brakes, no lights, or tie downs we have always used a rope. Never had any paperwork on the trailer. Boat needs to move because donor is selling house it is located at. Our charity has not physically inspected this item to verify any donor statements, no guarantee, item sold as-is where-is.
