1962 Eggbert and Eggberta book by Laf 1st? great cond.

This auction is for a great, rare old book: Eggbert and Eggberta - cartoons by Laf!  Eggberta is introduced here as Eggbert's twin sister!

I believe this is the first edition of the book.  The book is copyright 1962 and there is no mention of other printings.  It is a Fireside Book, published by Simon and Schuster in New York.  The book measures about 8" x 5" and is about 1/4" thick.  The book is really in very good condition!  It has some yellowing from age and there is a very small amount of wear on the edges.  The spine is very stiff and the book has no tears, marks or stains.  It appears to have been barely read.

I have not seen this book in such good condition anywhere else!  Check out the photos!
