The chord progressions employed are typical of the songs associated with the Beatles.
Section One contains music to familiarize you with the style of Rhythm Guitar, showing a large number of Beatles beats.
Section Two consists of Lead Guitar passages in the Beatles style.
Section Three demonstrates the use of the four-string electric bass guitar, showing the various figures employed to produce the characteristic sound.
Chord symbols are used throughout the music to indicate the progressions. There is a chart of fingered diagrams on Page 2, giving all of the chords used in the book.
