September 7, 1964 at the Darlington International Raceway, Darlington, SC. 

Buck Baker won this race, Jim Paschal was 2nd and Richard Petty 3rd. Nice full page color ad on the inside cover for the Ford Mustang.

The top left cover has a small tear.
