 ONE ON EACH CORNER  - AND THERE ARE 
  TWO LONG HOLES ON THE TOP ONE 
   ABOVE THE 6 AND ONE ABOVE 
    THE 0  -  AND THE TWO EXTRA ARE ON 
      THE BOTTOM UNDER THE 6 AND 0

THIS IS NOT NOT A REPAINT
      THERE ARE NO 
       REPAIRS ON THIS PLATE

ONLY THE EXTRA HOLES ON THE BOTTOM HAVE SLIGHT BOLT HOLE MARKS
  - THERE ARE A FEW SCRATCHES ON THE
      EDGES - THE 
       PLATE IS IN REMARKABLE CONDITION , BEING
