What a great old cook book to add to your collection! Betty Crocker's NEW boys and Girls Cook Book is a First Edition and First Printing from 1965. Hardcover, spiral bound, 156 pages with full color photographs and step-by-step instructions. Book does show signs of age/wear. Page 6 (which is an introductory and contents page) has pulled loose from the spiral binding and a few of the beginning pages have pulled loose a little from the binding either at the top or bottom - but those are still attached. Also, the inside front cover and first page has writing on the inside. Everything else looks good! This is still a great book and a wonderful addition to your collection1

Okay......lets get down to the "nitty gritty", to the "low down", to the "down low", let me "break it down for you", or as some say, "this is where the rubber meets the road".....
1. Payment is required within 3 DAYS of the auction's end. I love PayPal payments because they are quick and easy. However, I happily accept personal checks (which will be held for up to 7 days for clearance), money orders or cashier's checks. If you are mailing your payment, payment must be mailed within 3 DAYS of the auction's end. I realize, of course, that things may happen to prevent you from paying for your item within 3 days; however, if you do have a problem and will be making your payment late, you must let me know within 3 DAYS of the auction's end.
2. I hate to be ugly but let me be perfectly clear.....I will not be help responsible for packages that I ship (and can prove shipment with a USPS delivery confirmation number) but do not make it to your door (or mailbox or post office box)! This has only happened 3 times in my entire ebay career (well over 1,000 transactions), but very rarely it does happen and it just isn't my fault! I can not refund your money if the package is lost or undelivered for whatever reason. If you are worried about this please purchase the optional insurance for only $1.65 for every $50 in merchandise. All packages are sent with a delivery confirmation number. Many times the tracking number will show the package as "delivered". This only means that the package has been delivered to the proper post office in your area NOT to your door or mail box!
Also, I can assure you that I pack all items with the care they require; however, sometimes the post office can be rough! If you are worried in any way about your package, please purchase insurance! It is only $1.65 for every $50 in value.
3. I just love the south with its special charm and hospitality (however, I could do WITHOUT the mosquitos and humidity)! As a Southern gal, I try to extend that hospitality with prompt answers to your questions, safe packaging, quick shipping and item descriptions that are accurate. However, I am HUMAN (and a mother of 2 small children) so please ask any specific questions you may have because I'm not a collector or vintage specialist!!
4. I am not a vintage expert or collector, just a very busy housewife and mom to two little girls! I describe all items to the best of my ability and as honestly as I see them. However, please email any specific questions you may have.
