A KEY DATE IN THE 1950 – PRESENT CAMEO WASHINGTON QUARTER SERIES, SECOND IN RARITY TO ONLY THE 1950! Only 31 examples certified in MS 67 CAMEO, with only 2 higher. The lone DCAM for this issue would likely be a $40,000- $50,000 coin if it were to appear on today’s market. This coin borders on DCAM, and the surfaces appear “68”. A fabulous very high-end example of this key issue featuring snow-white (for a clad) cameo devices contrasted against haze-free, spot-free, black-mirrored fields!
