Great condition for a 43 year old guitar!  The wood has aged well and it has great tone and sustain.  There are no cracks.  It has not been refinished, so there is obvious wear and age, but it gives all the more charm to the guitar.  The neck is straight, thin, and very comfortable.  The frets are in excellent condition.  A complete setup has recently been done by a professional.  The action is low.  Bridge and pins are wooden (not plastic) and has a genuine bone saddle.  The bridge is rosewood and is glued on (not screwed on).  The bridge doesn't pull up at all.  It has Kluson Deluxe tuners.  The pickguard is original and has normal play wear.  Sometime in it's life, the guitar must have had a jack, because there is a circular trace on the side of it (no hole).  There are some nicks and scratches here and there, but nothing major.  The strings on it are new.  They're D'addario 12-52.  It comes in its original Gibson case.  The case didn't age as well as the guitar, but still protects it.

This is really a great little Gibson.  Its fun to play and makes a good addition to any collection.  There's no work to be done on it, it just needs you to play!  I'm selling this guitar because I need to finance another project.  Its a sacrifice for me, but I hope it finds a good home!
