This little charmer is a chalkware bank stamped " A.N. BROOKS CORP.  MERCHANDISE MART  CHICAGO, ILL USA 1966 " on its bottom RH cheek.  It has a slot in its head to drop in the coins, and a place on the bottom to punch out (which has been done- the plug remains inside) to remove your savings.  There are a few places where the paint is chipped and the botttom is a little rough as evidenced by the pictures, but the beautifully painted face is perfect, and otherwise it appears to be in good shape.  This whimsical piece would appeal to collectors of banks, chalkware, and Kewpie dolls alike.  Thank you for your interest.
