1968 500B John Deere Tractor loader

I have for sale 1968 500B series tractor loader.  We bought this 5 yrs. ago  for our Tree Service Buisness.  Since then we have replaced it with 2 910 CAT Wheeloaders,  We no longer have any use for this tractor, it would work great for anyone who needs a heavy duty loader with grapple.  This tractor has been gone threw and alot of different things replaced or repaired, basically it's been overhauled.  I can't remember exactally what we replaced but i will try to be as descriptive as possible.  We replaced the hyrolic pump in it 4 yrs. ago, replaced all new clutchpacks in transmission, the engine was overhauled just before we owned it, can't give you exact dates on that.  Engine rockerarm shaft was just replaced in the engine, bolt came loose and cracked it, was a easy and cheap fix.  Other then that the engine has never given us problems.  We also replaced the power steering pump just this year.  The motor and hyrolics are all very sound on this machine.  We had a certified mechanic go threw this tractor and just had it serviced. 

         This tractor is equipped with a front loader(industrail model), the loader frame is very heavy duty,  The bucket has a grapple claw equipped which is ran buy a 3rd valve that is also installed.   The Control valve that operates loader and bucket is joystick control, very comfortable and easy too use and manuver.  It is also equipped with a  heavy duty 3-point hitch(right now we have 1300# hanging from it for extra lifting abillitys.  Ot also has a live rear PTO uncertain what speed.  Everything Works Great!!!!!!!!  We have basically went threw most of the hydrolic hose on this unit and replaced majority of them.  The rear tires very Grippy!  side walls have cracks in them and hasn't gotten worse since we've owned it.  We also have chains for it, very good shape,  valued about $900.00 worth. Like I said earlier this tractor has basically been overhauled the last 5 yrs. and runs very good.  This is a steal folks!!! this tractor has same engine and h.p. as a 3020 jd  and there going any where from 8500 - 13000, this tractor will do all of what those will and more.  If i had use for it I would be keeping it.  But need to sale, takes up too much room.    If you have any questions regarding this tractor, please don't hesitate to call.  I  hope I can answer any questions you may have.  712-470-4313  is my number.
