This is a 1968 dated M1967 First Aid/Compass pouch. It has a plastic snap. The condition of the pouch overall is very good. It appears to of only been lightly used. All stamps are dark and easy to read. The only problem with the pouch is that the trim in one corner is slightly discolored. Its more of an orange color than the brownish trim and is not too bad. Overall its a nice pouch and hard to find.
