April 21, 1968 at the North Wilkesboro Speedway, North Wilkesboro, NC. 

Attendance 13,500. David Pearson won this race. Buddy Baker finished 2nd and Bobby Isaac 3rd.

The Grand National Champion Richard Petty is pictured on the cover.
