Here is a 1968 Omega SS "Chronostop" Single-Button Sports Chronograph .
 
The Omega Chronostop watch also sold on April of 2007 ANTIQUORUM’S OMEGAMANIA AUCTION.
The Omega "Chronostop" single button sports chronograph model was introduced by Omega in 1967, and was designed for a younger, sportier clientele and the main functionality of this unique single-button chronograph. The Chronostop won top prize at the Federation Horologer contest in 1966, in preparation for it's introduction at the Montreal World Exhibition in 1967. It is high collectable for Omega collector because this model made by omega for short period.  
 
Case: Solid stainless steel screwback case on this vintage Chronostop, and is signed Omega with the reference number 145.008 on the inner caseback, and the Seamonster logo.
 
Diameter  35 mm without crown, single chronograph push button at 2:00, crown at 4:00.
 
Movement: Original Omega Caliber No.865 ,17 jewel hand wind one botton chronograph movement, serial no: 20096534. This movement was developed specifically for the chronostop model and features eccentric fine regulation and ebauche from Lemania.
 
Dial: Original dark blue reverse pie-pan dial with raised silver markers, Dial signed: OMEGA/CHRONOSTOP and Geneve. White hands and orange chronograph sweep seconds, rotating inner chronograph minutes register and original plastic crystal.
 
Original sport model chronograph Omega Solid bracelet in all stainless Steel with Omega Logo on the deployment (ref.1171). Fit for 7.8 inch wrist.
 
Condition: Good, The watch runs well and keeps good time all function work great.
