Payments by Money Order or Certified Check will be shipped within 24 hours. Payments by Personal Check will be held 7-10 days. Payment is due within (7) days of the invoice notice that we will email to you. (If you cannot pay in this time frame, DO NOT BID). SHIPPING & INSURANCE In general: Small size, flat packaged items weighing less than 13 ounces, such as photographs, cards, or pins is approximately $3.95 - $4.95. Medium size packages over 13 ounces, and those that require a box will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and is approximately $5.95 to $6.95 for the 1st pound and a $1.30 each additional (depending on your postal zone). Insurance is MANDATORY on all packages valued at over $50. For shipping rates outside of the continental U.S., please contact us.
