ABOUT US... GWICV is the Internet Merchandising portion of Goodwill Industries of the Conemaugh Valley, covering Pennsylvania's south central counties of Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Huntingdon, Indiana, and Somerset. GWICV is a not-for-profit organization based in Johnstown, Pennsylvania.

We do not accept bids from eBayers with substandard feedback. We have the right to cancel any bids based on poor feedback.

OUR ITEMS... GWICV receives select items from donations given to the 10 Goodwill Stores owned and operated by the Goodwill Industries of the Conemaugh Valley. GWICV has no prior knowledge of any item it sells. We will inspect each item for damage and will describe the item as accurately as possible based on the inspection done at our facility.

Unless otherwise indicated, all items are in USED condition and will more than likely require light dusting or cleaning.

Please Note: We do our best to describe everything thoroughly, honestly, and to the best of our knowledge. We are not experts in any one field.

PHOTOS... GWICV will normally list one picture per item listed. Other pictures are available if requested. To request additional pictures, email GWICV through the "Ask Seller A Question" tab and provide your email address.

SHIPPING / INSURANCE / PICK-UP / COMBINED SHIPPING...

GWICV will only ship UPS Ground. PLEASE provide a physical address as UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.

NO INTERNATIONAL BIDS, PLEASE.

Winner pays cost of shipping plus a nominal $1.50 handling fee.

For items over $100 value, it is the option of the buyer to purchase additional insurance.

GWICV will only ship items to confirmed addresses in the United States and its territories.

UPS Ground items are normally shipped within 4 business days. However, circumstances may occur to delay the shipping of your item to within 7 business days.

Items may be picked up locally for a $1.50 handling fee. The buyer should email or call GWICV to arrange a date and time. Pick-Up can be scheduled during the hours of 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday. No weekend or after hours pick-ups. ARRANGEMENTS CAN BE MADE to have items delivered to one of our stores*, but please allow at least two weeks for the arrangements to process. (*Altoona, Bedford, Blairsville, Ebensburg, Huntingdon, Indiana, Northern Cambria, Richland, Somerset or Westmont, Pennsylvania.)

GWICV will gladly combined shipping. We try to keep track of multiple bidders, but we ask that you give us the "heads up" if you are bidding upon other items. The weight of the items will be combined and shipping will be calculated on the combined weight. Only one handling fee of $1.50 will be assessed to the total. If you choose to pay prior to us invoicing you, we can not apply the combined shipping discount.

PAYMENT... All Pennsylvania sales and Pick-Ups are subject to the PA State Sales Tax of 6%.
For all purchases, including Pick-Up, we only accept:

Money Orders from Ebayers with feedback of 50 or more;
Certified Cashier's Checks; and
PayPal

PLEASE DO NOT SEND PERSONAL CHECKS as they will be returned to you and delay the transaction.
Payment must be made within 7 days of Item Ending or an UPI report will be filed.

FEEDBACK... We take great pride in our feedback score and take it seriously, therefore we will leave feedback only after we know that your are completely satisfied with the transaction and have left us a positive feedback. If you have any problems, please contact us prior to posting feedback.

REFUND POLICY... Unless otherwise indicated in our description/listing, items may be refunded for the following reasons only:

The item was damaged in shipping and photos of the damage are provided;
Item is lost and unable to be located by the shipping agent (UPS or USPS); or
Significantly Not as Described (SNAD).

Please email GWICV for instructions if you wish to request a refund. Pictures may be requested if the item is damaged or SNAD. Refund will be processed upon return of item to GWICV. Refunds will be granted via a corporate check.
