Oldsmobiles of the late 60's and early 70's were definitely NOT "your father's Oldsmobile".   The 442 was a true muscle car is an awesome 370 h.p. engine.  It was powerful yet beautiful.  The 1968 - 72 Cutlass' were among the most popular Oldsmobile designs ever.  This model shows the marriage of raw power and style that was soon to come to an end visa-vis the Government mandated crash and emissions standards that were about to devastate the automobile industry for years to come. 

Danbury Mint has captured this car beautifully...it is superb.  The doors, hood and trunk operate and fit perfectly.  The trim, decals and lights are exquisite.  Interior details include seat belt buckles and simulated walnut trim.   The 455 c.i. monster motor is complete with wiring and plumbing and even has the foam rubber ring around the air filter housing.  The W-30 option is set off with the striping and the twin hood scoops. What a car! 

 This car is in MINT CONDITION and was never displayed.   It comes packed in the Styrofoam Liner and Outer Box.  Paperwork includes the Certificate of Title and Care and Use Instructions.  Don't miss this terrific car.  You won't be disappointed.
