1971 HESS OIL Road Map PENNSYLVANIA Pittsburgh Reading
Handsome fold-out highway map of Pennsylvania, printed more than 38 years ago.
This map opens to 22" x 37" and there is great detail on old road alignments, along with inset plans of Wilkes-Barre, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Allentown, Bethlehem, Erie, Harrisburg, and Reading, with cartography by H.M. Gousha.
The map was distributed by the Amerada Hess Corporation in 1971, and the back cover artwork shows various Hess facilities, including an offshore oil rig, oil tanker, Hess service station, Hess truck, and refinery.
Condition: There are a few ink marks on the front cover, not visible in the scan above, and there is a 1/2-inch hole near the Philadelphia Naval Base. We have reduced the price accordingly, and we are pleased to offer this 1971 Hess map with our unconditional, money-back guarantee.
