1972  2 bedroom Sterling Mobile Home for maybe $1.00.  There is no minimum on this item, I will sell to the highest bidder as I have purchased a home.  Home is an older home, but very well maintained.  I have lived in it for 12 years and taken excellent care of it.  It measures 12 X 60, with an expando.  Outside features 2 covered decks.  Pergo floor in the kitchen.  All kitchen appliances are included, dishwasher, microwave, frig, etc.  New roof added last year.  No leaks.  Item is advertised in the local paper, so right is reserved to remove if sold. 

Home is located in Hometown Chesterfield, Chesterfield, MI.  Address is 49449 Au Lac E.   View of the lake from the kitchen.

I was asked if the unit had to be moved because of age.  I checked with the office and the answer is no.  They go by condition more than age.  I will be moving on Sunday the 22nd, so the place is available anytime after that.

 Q: Some lots are requireing older trailer units to be removed, is this possiblely the condition here? What lake is near? How far to a city of size?
A: Have not heard of any requirement to leave, but I will check in the office tomorrow. It is on a man made lake, Lake Tranquility. It is near New Baltimore where I work, 5 miles from home.
