Yucaipa is located between Los Angeles and Palm Springs, with a small town atmosphere.

Small pets are allowed. The park needs to approve anyone moving in and I think there is a fee for

a credit check, however I don't know how much it is.

We would like to get at least  $10,000, but are willing to take any reasonable offer.
