It is called:

 "Prayer Changes Things"

The date on the bottom is 1976 and has a triangle

marking on the bottom of it as well. Will need

to be cleaned as it has sat in a curio cabinet for years

and is a bit dusty.

There is no box but it will be packed well.

Very rare and hard to find.

Would make an awesome Christmas present

for your precious moment collector.
