1978 Darci Doll by Kenner - Please view the pictures---she is beautiful! Her face paint is in excellent condition, as well as her hair. Included is the doll, the original white swimsuit (tagged), white lace wrap around skirt (there are a few small stains on the skirt that I have noticed with the closeups of the pictures). Everything in these pictures is included in this auction.
There is a MINT CONDITION stand with INSTRUCTION booklet. (The back of the instruction booklet was colored in by the original owner). Silver shoes, original portfolio with original cover girl magazine "covers" for the portfolio. This lot also includes Darci's original 5 bracelets: 3 pink and 2 white.
Green shorts from "Garden Gal" outfit are included---the elastic waist band is in excellent condition!
Also included in this lot is a rare outfit that was designed for retail by JC PENNEY's. These were marketed for an extremely short time and included the Darci doll modelling them in the ads that were produced at that time. The outfit is so 70's---bright orange polyester with floral print material halter dress/skirt and orange polyester body suit/top (I guess it was an "interchangeable" type outfit). Also included with this outfit is a floppy, classic 70's matching hat and handbag.
