1979 Early Apple II+ Computer, 48K RAM, Fully Tested and Working, Nice Condition!




Very nice, super clean, and fully tested Early Apple II Plus computer from 1979!  The first year the II Plus was offered!  Very collectible and a rare find in this condition!  Has 48K RAM.  Early II+ Serial # as shown, 03672.  Has early style small green and white serial # label, later versions have larger decal.  Inside is the 1978 date stamped Apple motherboard with 16K jumper blocks (same as original II).  When the II+ was first introduced it shared many parts with the original II, including the motherboard.  Most II+ systems produced had later revision motherboards, this early style was only in the original series of II+ systems from 1979. 

Case is very clean, no cracks, engravings, missing pieces, etc.  Minor scuffs on top from monitor, and minor paint wear to front edges of case as shown in photos, but overall very nice.  This is now 30 years old and still looks great!  Most of these are in poor condition, or long gone now!  Has the original Apple power supply and full original chip set.  Applesoft BASIC and Autostart in ROM as it came from Apple.  Comes with black 3-prong power cable.  Lid clasps are fully secure and work perfectly.
 
I fully tested this system and it functions fine as shown.  Monitor display output is bright, strong and stable.  Power light comes on, system beeps, and immediately displays "Apple ][" at top of screen with an Applesoft system prompt ‘]’ and blinking cursor ready to go when you flip on the power switch, just like it is supposed to do.  Keyboard has the earlier style smooth texture shiny keys and semi-raised power light, later versions of II+ keyboard had textured surface keys with flush power light.  Keyboard is fully functioning each and every key tested as shown.  Don't buy an untested system of this age and expect that the keyboard will work.  Computer is clean and detailed and ready to display  and use right out of the box.

No monitor is included, shown only to demonstrate the system working.  This is a very collectible early II+ system!  If you've been looking for a nice clean, fully tested, working, and collectible quality Apple II Plus system this is the one to get!
