** NO RESERVE! SELLING TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER! **

~This is a 1979 Williams Gorgar Pinball Machine. She's in mighty nice shape and working 100%. She was shopped last year and does not have very many plays on it since then. She has new bolts on the plastics and new red posts which are really nice and a new Battery Holder w/ batteries. She's a very nice machine and everything seems tight on it. Check out the pictures as they tell the tale on condition. It's one of the nicest I have seen. last year I did a full shop job with new posts and everything. All the bulbs, all the rubbers, etc. This is the FIRST talking pinball from Williams (and the first with a "heartbeat too!" Highly rated this one is and has a huge following. It's a blast too play! They are hard to find in decent condition.

VERY NICE CONDITION 1979 GORGAR PINBALL MACHINE.

**SHIPPING OPEN TO CANADA!**

Check out the amazing lot of pictures I attached of this game (sorry dialup users, it's going to take a while to load, there are over 20+ pictures attached of this game) She's a Williams 1979 Gorgar Pinball machine.

Flippers (2), Pop bumpers (3), Kick-out hole (1), 3-bank drop targets (2), Rollunder spinner (1), The Snake Pit has a magnet under the playfield to hold the ball while scoring lit value.

The coin door has double coin slots for currency.

I take alot of pics in front of God and everybody so you can see exactly what your bidding on. There are reasons why some folks take thier pictures in the dark and it's not because they can't find a clamp on light. If your in the area and thinking of bidding you can come by and check it out. We have a ultra high resolution camera that we use and if you request we will send a CD with the pre / post rebuild and auction pics for your reference. This will be most helpful if you ever have to track down what went where if you take something apart. We typically take between 30 to 100 pics or more during our rebuild process and filter down to just 20 to 50 for ebay pics. Pic sizes run around 2 to 3 meg before compression just for one pic so they have to go on CD. As far as we know NO ONE offers this along with the pins they sell.

You can get in depth details of this pinball and just about any other at www.ipdb.org (which stands for internet pinball database). The following were comments made about the game......

"I first came across this pin in the winter of 79-80 in a bar in Phoenix. I promptly dropped in a handfull of quarters and the game drained the ball rather quickly and also my quarters. But the sound, especially the heartbeat got me hooked. 1 or 2 hundred dollars worth of quarters and many evenings later, I was finally winning games on it. I loved the game, the somewhat simple rules, sounds, art, playfield all of it. I guess you would have to remember a majority of the pins were still EM back then. And this one even had sound, albeit somewhat limited by todays standards. However this is one of those games that I will always remember. In fact I am looking for a decent deal on a good example of this machine and hope to find one."

"Brilliant game. Bought it from Lincoln UK after it was used in a school play as a prop. Mechanically sound, but electronically dead. A good clean and wax, several repairs to the driver, CPU and power board, and Gorgar Speaks!!! The speech is awesome for the era, and the magnasave is a neat feature. The lighting is good. A game which can be played for fun, or if you know the rules, seriously."

"The first time I played this Game when it first come out,I thought TRUELY AWESOME it talks. WOW now thats a step in the right direction. I loved the artwork too. Gameplay I thought was Pretty Good too.Good visuals,Cool Voice,Gameplay. I think it was a step in the right direction, but I think it has been improved vastly on other later PinBall Machines. But I think it was ahead of it's time, just too bad about the audio goin kaput after awhile. I have found one for $800.00 and it has been all gone over and checked out, so now one more payment and this Baby is all mine. Yeeeee Hawwww."

"Gorgar is one of Williams best Pinballs , along with Firepower and Black Knight it is and was ahead of its time . I recently aqwired a totaly restored Gorgar from the ground up witch is one of the best Pinball restrations I hav ever seen.. There is a video of it in action at YouTube.com http://www.youtube.com/results? search_query=gorgar+pinball&search=Search And Pictures of its restoration at http://home.kooee.com.au/brainsnap/gorgar.html One of the best games Williams has produced..."

"I first played this game at a bowling alley when I was 8 years old. SInce tis was Williams first talking game, I also remember hearing his voice. This game had very weird sound effects when I first played it. ALso I liked the background noice since it sounded like a heart beating, and it went faster as you played it on that ball."

"Me hurt!!! defenitively by Gorgar - the red blood monster and his heart beating: GREAT Very good design, simple rules & top sound effects for a 80ies machine I like it so much that I could not get passed a second one - please do not ask what I'm doing with 2 Gorgars - I don't know myself........."

*Replacement Items*

  • NEW High Security Barrel Lock

    *Shipping Options*

New FLAT RATE Shipping INCLUDING PREP to your nearest overnite (www.overnite.com) TERMINAL for $129!!

Driveway and In Home Delivery Options are offered directly from the Shipper or can be co-ordinated buy us. Overnite offers both driveway / liftgate and inside first floor delivery if need be. Most charge $275 to $350 for this service from point to point - Not us! you can email us directly for a quote (include your zip code!) for this if need be and we can get an exact quote for you, it varies to the point we can't really make a flat rate offer on it but historically it usually runs around $250 total, we will do or best to get the cheapest price for you.

That's alot cheaper than what others offer on Ebay. Don't get hooked by those that say it varies between $100 and $400 or just charge the "prep" fee right up front as if you don't get a firm quote up front they will hit you for the highest price. In some cases there may be nothing you can do about it (I know, it's happened to me before except my shipping bill was $600+ COD) The $100 price is only if you live in the same city as them. No one should ever have to pay $300+ for shipping unless it's a HUGE arcade game. Others break it down into 3 diffrent charges like delivery, crating and/or prep and the shipping, collectively costing over $200 just to get it to the shipper. Then you have to pay the shipping!!! I put my shipping charges where my mouth is and you will not pay more than $129 for terminal shipping no matter how much more it is. I don't make a dime on shipping but I average it out and pass the cheaper cost on to you. Anyone can get you home delivery but it's the principal of costs and since your paying I guess they don't care. We at Trentoncoin know your paying and work VERY hard to keep costs down, All you pay is the flat rate of $129 for PREP AND DELIVERY to your nearest TERMINAL. Home delivery is up to you as our shipper DOES offer it and we CAN do it. (West Coast bidders to add $80 for increased fuel / shipping costs)

We use Overnite Transportation for shipment of heavy items. They are a huge LTL carrier and have terminals at or near 99% of major cities and airports. Thier website is (www.overnite.com) and they have online tracking of your shipment as well as locations of all thier terminals. We have a 60% discount with them to futher save or buyers on shipping costs. If you have a shipper you would like to use other than overnite for a flat rate of $90 we will prep and drop off at your carrier of choice (located within 15 miles of 48183 zip code). If you would like to use a shipper that picks up at my location then prep is FREE and there is no additional cost on top of the auction price. I am a FREAK about how I ship stuff so you will not be dis-appointed. Everything gets wrapped in plastic, cardborded, wrapped again then secured with heavy duty ratchet straps and taped. Legs are individially cardboarded as are the balls, bolts and anything else that comes along with it.

    *The Shipping Process*

After payment has been received we will schedule a drop off time at the shipper, this is typically same day or next as payment arrives (except for checks). After drop off we will contact you with the tracking info for your game, typically it will take 1 to 4 days to get there and they will call you upon arrival. If you change your mind about home or driveway delivery you can pickup or speak with the local terminal about delivery options.

    *Payment*

We gladly accept Paypal, Bidpay, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and Checks (checks take a while as we wait until they clear)

    *Support*

We offer free Email support for as long as you own it. If you have another game your having trouble with and you have bought one off us we will be happy to help with that also. All pinball machines come with a setup guide to help you through setup and playing for the first time (exclusive Trentoncoin offer!)

Item will leave my possession in condition stated in the auction but I CANNOT be held responsible past that. I insure every game for more than purchase price if shipped. Once it leaves my posession I can't help what happens. In other words sold "as-is". Bid with confidence and always check everybody's feedback before bidding, no matter who they are.

I accept Money Orders, Certified Bank Checks and Paypal. Checks wait until they clear. Buyer is expected to make Email contact within 2 days. Payment must be recieved within 10 days from end of auction or item will be re-listed and negative feedback left.
