  Offered for your consideration is a Certified, Proof, $100 Balboa Gold Coin, struck April 3, 1980, the first day of minting. This coin is legal tender in Panama and was produced by the Franklin Mint as a Limited Edition under the authority of the Government of the Republic Of Panama. Never removed from its sealed cachet, this beautiful coin contains 8.16 grams of 900/1000 fine gold.
The 1980 $100 Balboa Gold Proof Coin remains owned by the original purchasing family.
