This is the "Ice Capades Theme Girls" insert for the 1980 Ice Capades program. This insert salutes George Petty by showing the covers for the 1944, 1946, 1947, 1948, 1961 and 1964 programs. George Petty (1894 - 1975) painted 11 covers for the Ice Capades programs beginning with the cover for the 1942 program and ending with the 1964 program; seven were painted in the forties and four were painted in the early sixties. The Petty Girls shown in this insert are suitable for framing - great pin up art!
Size: This measures 8 1/2" wide and is 11" tall. The pages fold open to 11" tall and 17" wide.
Condition: This insert is in good condition with no rips, tears, ink/pencil marks or other damage. It has been removed from the original program and so has staple holes at the spine.
*I use the term "good" to describe all items that are not new. I describe any defect, damage or condition problem and take photos to show the appearance. This allows my buyers to apply their own terms such as excellent, fine, used, fair, worn, etc.
I will combine shipping on multiple items based on shipping cost for the increased weight and size of package. In an effort to reduce shipping costs, insurance will not be required on most purchases; however I may still require insurance for some extremely fragile and/or expensive items. Optional insurance is available and is still highly recommended:
- For NON-INSURED items, I do NOT cover damage.
- For NON-INSURED items lost during shipment, I refund only on items shipped with tracking or delivery confirmation which shows non-delivery after 30 days.

I carefully package your item and mail it immediately upon payment. Delivery Confirmation is placed on all domestic packages and this information will be emailed to you when I ship. Items shipped or delivered within Idaho are taxed at the state tax rate.
