Having worked for several years at a local toy store, I became an avid Muffy collector.  Now we are downsizing after 26 years, and we are forced to part with some of our collection.  When Muffy was first introduced, she came with 2 tags sewn into her back, prior to the introduction of the 'tush tag.'  This is one of those first bears.

We are offering this 1982 7" Muffy, designed by Barbara Eisenberg, dressed in her authentic Muffy-wear "Highland Fling" costume from 1993, with sewn-in tags.  She comes complete with the outfit's original bag, showing name and number of original outfit.  Needless to say, Muffy is in MINT condition!
