This is the Betty Crocker's Cook Book, copyright 1983 Tenth Printing by General Mills, Inc.   Published by Golden Press.  The sections are:  Meat & Main Dishes;  Salads & Vegetables; Breads, Pasta & Rice; Desserts; Appetizers, Snacks & Beverages, Special Helps and Index.   Pages 189 gives the awesome recipe for Squash & Apple Bake.  Great for Thanksgiving dinners.  Also is my basic recipe on page 197 for pancakes.  Much better than bisquick or a box mix! And just as quick.  Lots of pictures.  Mandarin salad, hearty vegetable soup, popovers, lemon cake jelly roll, baked beans and New England clam chowder are a few of the yummy recipes contained in this cookbook.  This book is in like new condition.  No wear showing.  Will ship for $3.00 to USA.  Check out my other Betty Crocker Cookbook if interested.
