1983 FLEER #360 TONY GWYNN ROOKIE CARD – GRADED PSA NM-MT 8
Another nice collectible that has been hiding in one of my collection boxes for years. You are bidding on one (1) 1983 Fleer #360 Tony Gwynn Rookie Card Graded PSA NM-MT 8. This Fleer Gwynn rookie card has been graded by PSA the leader in graded cards, as PSA NM-MT 8. Card is PSA #03039262. It would make a great additional to a registry set or to any San Diego Padres collection.

Former professional baseball player Tony Gwynn was born as Anthony Keith Gwynn on May 9th, 1960 in Los Angeles, California. Gwynn went to college at San Diego State University and was selected by the San Diego Padres in the 3rd round of the 1981 MLB Amateur Draft, and would play in the majors, and with the Padres, for 20 seasons (1982-2001), and would become the most consistent contact hitter in baseball history. He retired with 3,141 hits and a lifetime batting average of .338. Some of Gwynn’s other honors include; 15-time All-Star member, 8-time NL batting average leader, 7-time NL hit leader, 1986 NL runs scored leader, 7-time Silver Slugger Award winner. His uniform number (#19) was retired by the Padres in 2004. Gwynn was elected to the National Baseball Hall of Fame on January 9th, 2007 and was inducted on July 29th.
