Note: This would be the year that Topps comes back from its absence; prior to that, OPC had, had the 82-84 market. During this particular year, Topps decided to package their cards in cello--something they didn't try to do again, until 1990. There are 15 cards in each pack-- and of course, the gum :)

Shipping & Handling:
We attempt to keep our shipping and handling fees to a minimum and we do not make a profit from them. Discounts are offered on combined purchases made within a five day period and noted on the same invoice.
Shipping and handling fees include not only the cost of postage but also, the cost of packaging supplies needed to ensure that your item arrives safely. All raw cards are shipped in a sleeve and toploader; protected with a cardboard backing; and placed in a bubble mailer. If you have a special request with regards to packaging/shipping, please notify the seller in advance and we will try our best to accommodate you. Confirmed addresses only please.
Insurance:
Please contact the seller for a quote as fees will vary depending on the service requested, the destination, and the weight of the item.
For items under $50.00, insurance is optional and must be requested by the buyer. In Canada (domestic coverage), the cost is $0.95 per $100.00 of coverage. If you choose to use regular airmail (US destinations and outside North America), please note that delivery can be slow and we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs.
For items over $50.00, insurance is required because of the rising occurrence of mail fraud. In most cases, Canada Post expedited (ground service) or Xpresspost services will be used. Both these services include tracking and up to $100.00 insurance. (Additional insurance coverage is available for a fee). The cost of Xpresspost will vary depending on the destination and weight of your item. No extra shipping and handling fees will be charged for additional items won within a 5-day period and noted on the same invoice when Xpresspost is used.
Please note: The seller is not responsible for loss or damaged items unless insurance has been purchased. The seller is also not responsible for any customs/duty fees which may be incurred.
Delivery Times & Returns:
Items are shipped within 72 hours of receiving payment. You will receive an email indicating when your item has been shipped; if sent by expedited mail or Xpresspost, you will also receive a tracking number. Please note that graded cards are not returnable.
When insured shipping & handling is purchased (included in the expedited rate) a refund may be available upon immediate return (7 days) of ALL goods or proof of non-delivery through tracking information. Please be aware that some international shipments may take 6-8 weeks to clear customs even when sent expedited. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and the responsibility of the buyer.
Feedback:
We provide feedback for all transactions and kindly request that you do the same. If you have less than 10 transactions or have received an excessive amount of negative feedback, please contact the seller prior to bidding or your bid may be canceled. With all our transactions, we strive to provide a quality service and if you are unhappy with your purchase, we will attempt to make it right.
Payment:
All auctions are payable in US funds. PayPal is preferred. Pink international money orders payable in US funds are also accepted. If paying by personal cheque (Canadian residents only), item will not be shipped until monies have cleared- usually within 14 days.
Payment by PayPal is due within 7 days of the closing date or negative feedback will be left and the item re-listed. Money order/cheque payments are due within 14 days. If you have difficulties meeting these deadlines please contact the seller or negative feedback will be left and the cost of listing the item pursued. In addition, if you intend to mail your payment, please inform the seller prior to sending payment so that we will know it’s on its way.
