THE COLOR IS CREAM BACKGROUND WITH A TORQUIOSE BLUE CIRCLE OUTLINING IT AND RED JOY WRITTEN IN THE MIDDLE WITH A STAR ON THE TOP OF THE WORD JOY

THERE ARE A FEW LIGHT SCRATCHES ON THE BACK AND MINAMEL TARNISH AROUND THE FRAME MEASURES APPROXIMATELY 2 AND 1/3"  AROUND IN DIAMETER

HAS THE LOOK TO HANG A HOOK ON FOR DECORATING A CHRISTMAS TREE
