This is the 1986 Sea Harp from the Princess of Power series manufactured by Mattel from 1985 - 1987

The Sea Harp is a musical sea horse that lived under the Crystal Falls Castle. The Sea Harp summons help by playing a musical message and carries She-ra and her friends where ever they need to go.
The Princess of Power, "She-ra", is Princess Adora, the long lost sister of He-Man from the Masters of the Universe Series.
The figure in the box is in mint condition.
