Although I try very hard to describe my merchandise accurately, sometimes I may miss a defect. If, when you receive your item, you find that I have not described the condition accurately please let me know. I will gladly accept a return of the item and will refund you the total amount you originally paid plus the return shipping (returned by the same method the item was shipped originally).

SHIPPING AND INSURANCE POLICY

Insurance is included at no cost to the customer. Depending on the purchase price of the item, the insurance is either purchased postal insurance or I self-insure the item. If I self insure the item I will refund the full purchase price, including the shipping paid if the item is lost in the mail or is damaged during shipping. If postal insurance was purchased by me I will work with the customer to file a claim with the post office.

Your item will ship no later than 7 days after I receive your payment but normally your item will ship out sooner. I ship all books by media mail, all other parcels go out either by parcel post or first class (if the weight of the package is less than 13 ounces). Media mail and parcel post normally arrive at their destination within 7-14 days after shipping. If you desire your package to go priority there will be an increase in shipping amount...please let me know that you want priority shipping so I can adjust the invoice to reflect the higher shipping. International packages go air mail and will normally arrive within 7 days of shipping.

All my items are packed in new boxes (including books).
