Cover posed on the high seas on board the M V. Bluenose.  The Bluenose was a ferry operating between Bar Harbor, Maine and Sydney, Nova Scotia.  Franked with Canadian postage, the stamp is cancelled with a handstamp reading M. V. Bluenose Posted on the High Seas.  Upon arrival at Bar Harbor it received a machine cancel and was handstamped PAQUEBOT.
