ITEM

You are bidding on a used 1988-89 Ford TW15 Model UC6 15M  Farm Tractor. The tractor has the following:

-         Ford 6cyl. Turbo Diesel Motor 120hp

-         Manual Transmission   16F-4R

-         3 Sets of Remote Hydraulics

-         540 PTO

-         A/C Cab, blower works but does not seem to be very cold

-         Front Counter Weights

-         Block Heater

-         AM/FM Stereo working fine

-         Hours currently showing 9973 (presumed correct)

CONDITION

This tractor is in good condition and everything seems to be working as it should. The tractor starts easy, does not smoke and all gears shift. Brakes work fine. There is general cosmetic wear and tear. The original paint is chipped and faded, and there are some minor leaks. The following items are known faults

-         Glass:  All intact however several windows have cracks and both outside mirrors are cracked

-         Driver side door gas shock to hold door open is not working

-         Passenger door handle not working from outside (cannot open the door), inside works fine to open. Latch to hold door closed working fine

-         3pt arms are missing, but 3pt is working

-         Tires:  Front  11.00-16  40%     Rear   18.4R38   60%

-         Lights:

o       Exterior working, passenger side rear fender light is missing.

o       Interior not working, but appear to be fully intact

-         Seat fabric torn on the front of the cushion and bottom of the back rest

-         Driver’s side step crinkled, but still intact and usable

SALE TERMS

This unit was a Dealer Trade-In and sells to the Highest Bidder.

This unit is sold AS IS, WHERE IS no warranties expressed or implied. As this is a USED item, we do our very best to give the most accurate description, however, the Buyer is fully responsible for the assessment of the condition of the unit for Buyer’s purposes and the Buyer is encouraged to and will be granted access to inspect  unit during available business hours with an appointment. There will be no refunds or discounts.

PAYMENT TERMS

Please be advised that unit will not be released for transport until full payment has been received and cleared our accounts.  A 10% Non-refundable deposit must be made within 3 days of Auction end via PayPal unless full payment is made prior . Full balance remaining will be due within 10 days of Auction end via Wire Transfer only. In addition as a Dealer licensed in the State of Colorado, all Paperwork for transfer must be completed prior to transfer. We will require that Buyer information be provided to us within 3 days of the auction end. We will send paperwork to Buyer and will require it be returned back to us prior to release of the unit for transport or within 10 days of auction end, whichever is first.  If Buyer does not finalize paperwork or payment, the deposit will be forfeited and the unit may be re-sold to another party.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES/FEES

The Buyer will be responsible for all Taxes and Transport /Delivery costs and arrangements.  Applicable Colorado State and Local Taxes will be added to final bid. Please ask us before you bid which taxes will be added at time of purchase. Buyer must check with us as well as their local government for taxes and fees payable given each individual situation.

The unit must be removed within 5 days of due date for full payment,  unless alternate arrangements are made between Buyer and Seller in writing. If the unit is not removed within the allotted time storage fees may be applied.
