This is an original DMV sample license plate from the Yukon Territory, Canada for the year 1988. Sample license plates of this era were produced in very limited quantities, and were distributed mainly to law enforcement agencies and/or to other DMVs upon request. The plate is made of steel, has black embossed lettering on reflective gold background and measures 6 by 12 inches. It would make a great gift idea for anyone who has special ties to the Yukon Territory and/or Canada in 1988 or as a neat collectible.
