I do not offer a refund for lost or damaged uninsured parcels.

SHIPPING CHARGES on heavier items will be determined at the end of auction, otherwise shipping and insurance are shown on the auction site. If I have "quoted" {not what is listed on the auction site} a shipping price and it is higher than actual postage and packing materials I do refund the difference. I do not refund money on shipping charges to or from your residence. Foreign postage costs are only estimates but I try hard to be pretty accurate on estimates.

NOTE: I ship priority rate because it gets to you fast. Parcel post can take up to 6 weeks now to arrive so I do not ship that way except large/heavy pieces.
