I deal in overstocks, discontinued items & customer returns. All returns will be stated as such in the auction. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If there is a problem I over looked, please email me right away. Damage claims must be reported within 14 days of ship date, and original packaging must accompany item when picked up by carrier. If not, claim will be void and loss will be buyers. (Just keep all packaging until you are sure item is not damaged)
All sales are final. If for some reason item is returned or refused, Shipping charges will not be refunded, and there is a 20% restocking fee after mutual agreement through ebay is completed.
I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT be responsible for a bid made in haste without reading item description.
IF THERE IS A DISCREPANCY IN AUCTION TITLE AND DESCRIPTION ASK FOR CLARIFICATION PRIOR TO PURCHASE. Some automatic relisting sometimes revert back to old listings.

Payments are to be made within 7 days. If you have not paid within 7 days, and there has been no contact as to why, I will assume you are not paying. A NPB report will be filed and appropriate feedback left.
I ship Fedex, so please if you have a P.O. Box, please include a physical address in your paypal payment as well. If you prefer priority mail, shipping charges may be more, but I can also ship those within 24 hrs.
Most items I can ship to AK, HI & CANADA. Please email me for price quote prior to bidding. Shipping rates to the above tend to be higher.
I cannot ship to APO's or US TERRITORIES.
