Description:

This is a Royal Grafton Collector plate titled "Baby Seals" by Mike Jackson. It is part of the Beauty of Polar Wildlife Plate Collection. It was issued in 1990 and is numbered #B6004. It is Mint in the box with the certificate of authenticity.
