1990 LEFTON CHINA 
CAROUSEL HORSES
MERRY GO ROUND
MUSIC BOX

A cross collectible, this delightful hand painted music box celebrates the joy experienced when riding on a magical Carousel Horse. This whimsical treasure has the appropriate up and down and around motion of a true merry go round. You can choose to listen to the original music of the carousel ride or you can switch tapes and enjoy hearing the Blue Danube. 

The wooden base displays a round medallion indicating its authenticity as a true " Leton Collectible" It is also marked with the 1990 Lefton Hand Painted China sticker on the underside of the base. The base appears to be golden oak. The music box is measures approximately 14" high. The top is  8 - 9 inches around with the base being about 7-8 inches around. The individual horses are 3 1/2" wide and 3" high.  It weighs almost 6 pounds. 
In lovely condition, it only has age appropriate wear on the base, a few tiny light surface scratches on the wood. These could be touched up or even buffed off very easily. It is in overall excellent condition. It has been well cared for and preserved. The mechanism works beautifully and provides an authentic merry go round sound. It is a treasure! 

Remember how you would examine the different  carousel horses and find one that appealed to you? You still can! There are four distinctly different horses from which to make your selection. Each one sporting unique coloring and embellishments. They all make you smile!
