Up for sale is a lot of two nice patches.  The first one says

"International Goodwill Through Scouting".

This is a 1990 Scout-o-rama patch from the Mount Rainier Council.

Also included is a 1992 Scout-O-Rama patch that promotes FAMILY VALUES.
