Payment

I only accept PayPal or money orders/cashier’s checks. Payment must be received within 7 days of close of the auction.  For payments not received in 7 days, I will send out ONE (and only ONE) email reminder, then file an unpaid item dispute.

Shipping Details

All shipments will be sent out within 4 business days of receiving payment confirmation. If you buy multiple items, I will combine shipping charges (based on actual weight), where possible, but please wait for an invoice before paying. Insurance is optional for domestic shipping.  Insurance for international shipping is not offered.  Free shipping & insurance for purchases over $50.00 (single or combined items).  I will ship to Canada.  Domestic packages will ship with a delivery confirmation number.

Please email me with any questions about the product or terms, preferably before bidding. Please don't win an auction then email me asking me to change the terms. Talk to me first. I'll work with you in most cases. All sales are important.

Returns

Items must be returned within 7 days. Refund will be given as money back. Refund includes only the cost of the item and does not include shipping and handling fees paid to return the item.   If you wish to return something, please contact me with details of why the item is being returned and when you shipped it. Once I receive the item, the refund will be authorized.
