Shipping within the US is $2.50 for the first guide, and 50 cents for each additional guide.  

We will send an invoice within three business days.  We accept PayPal at jtrip@topofthefirst.com.  If you would like to mail payment (checks and money orders accepted), please use the eBay checkout system.  We accept credit cards over the phone ($10.00 minimum).
