THERE IS NO WRITING OR LOOSE PAGES. THERE IS SOME VERY LIGHT SURFACE WEAR ON THE COVER. SHOWS SOME VERY LIGHT WEAR AROUND THE EDGES OF THE COVER. THE PROGRAM IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.
