This is a well maintained horizontal from an aerospace facility. It was making parts when it was removed from the facility. Toyoda is a quality machine tool manufacturer. This is a very capable and maintainable with a Fanuc 15M CNC, brushless motors and drives, 6000 RPM, dual pallet, and 120 Tool sockets in the ATC. 20HP / 30 Minute spindle motor/drive (15HP Continuous) The coolant system has 2 pumps, a large tank, and a chip conveyor. The machine has never been heavily used. Mostly aluminum. The tombstone in the picture is included. There are plenty of coolant nozzles, two coolant pumps and a large coolant tank, so coolant volume is not a problem. The 120 tool tool changer enables you to keep many jobs worth of tooling ready to run saving hours of setup time. The Fanuc 15M is a capable CNC, and the parts are often available on eBay. The control, axis motors and drives, and spindle motor and drive are all FANUC. Although the machine looks large, it is really only about 8 feet wide.  The machine is currently being stored in a heated facility. It will be loaded for free if purchased off the floor. It can be seen where it sits. The hydraulics and cables were tagged disconnected form the tool changer, but the tool changer is still bolted on and we don't think it will have to come off for the truck ride. We will probably take off the Y axis motor and counterbalance cylinder to get the height down a bit. This is a lot of machine.  We have extensive manuals including control manuals, Toyoda manuals, parts breakdown and even the PLC and parameter listing, and parameter tapes.
