This home is still in good shape and needs minor work to be in great shape! Only thing that has to be done in my opinion is for the carpet to be replaced. With a good cleaning that could be possibly be temporarily put off. The guest bath could use a new shower installed, but again this could also be put off as it still works fine. Has Central heat and air, all original but well maintained. Heat is from propane tank located in back. Stove is also gas; hot water is electric and dryer is electric. There is a washer and dryer included but were purchased new in ’93 0r ’94, I never used them much due to my job supplying uniforms. The dishwasher was installed new about 2 years ago.

The home is located in a mobile home community and there is a lot rent of 190/month. This includes water, septic, and weekly trash pickup. The Park is Pine Glen II located at 1795 N. McDonough Rd.The lot this home sits on is one of the larger lots due to being on a corner. Quite area with most of the homes in this park are owned and not rented.
