This is a framed 1993 Virginia Duck Stamp Print by artist Bruce Miller. The print is a signed and numbered limited edition of 14500. The print includes a matching #'ed stamp . The print has been framed in black wooden frame and single matted. The framed print measures 16 x 17. Everything is in new condition.
