 Please email us with any questions before bidding. The buyer must contact us within 3 days of the close of the purchase. Insurance is optional and at the bidders expense. Any damage during shipping be it warping, breakage, etc., we will not be held responsible. We package the items with reasonable care to avoid breakage. We use special cardboard mailers to ship the lp's and the 78's. We have used bubble wrap and or peanuts to protect records going overseas since the post office treats these items like Tony Suprano treats people he doesn't like or has a personal vendeta against the package. See our feedback rating! Please understand we cannot and will not be responsible for the delivery of the item via USPS or any other method. We give the buyer the option to purchase insurance. There will be no refunds for any reason if the buyer does not purchase insurance. Your pleasure is our business. In the event you receive an item that you believe is not in the condition advertised, please contact us and we will do our best to remedy the situation. This pertains only to the advertised condition of the item when shipped, not to your opinion of the content, nor to any defects that occur in shipping. If there are imperfections we certainly go out of our way to make the buyer aware of these. We use a rating system based on an official price guide published by House of Collectables New York, NY 15th edition.
