But through the course of a machines life things can happen. If a machine is showing low hours and does not appear to be correct from our standpoint we will state it.

Storage: All items can be stored at our location for 2 weeks without any additional charges.

Sales Tax: 6% MD sales tax for MD residents when applicable. If you are a farmer and the item produces a crop, or if you are a dealer and have a valid Resale #, fill out a form and you will not have to pay it.

Payment: Payment is due within 7 business days of auction end Via: Cash, Cashier’s Check or Wire Transfer. Payment must clear before equipment is released. If an item is not paid for it will be re-listed.
