This is a VERY UNIQUE VINTAGE 1995 BARBIE “SOLO IN THE SPOTLIGHT” TELEPHONE by Mattel, Inc. is new, has never been used or displayed, in excellent condition and comes in the original box with the original packing, Original Certificate of Authenticity, Original Instruction Manual, Original Assembly Instruction Card, Original Limited Warranty Card and Original Registration Card.  It has only been removed from the box to take pictures for this ad.  The lights dim.  A hush falls over the audience.  Barbie steps up to the microphone just as she did in 1960, wearing the most popular vintage fashion of all time, Solo in the Spotlight.  From its close fitting gown with a sassy flounce and single red rose, the long sleek gloves and the open toe heels, everything about her sensational look captures the drama and style of the early 1960’s.  To complete the portrait of glamour, Barbie wears delicate pearl earrings and three stand pearl necklace.  This unique Barbie telephone uses the standard jack.  To connect the phone, simply plug it into a wall jack.  The great feature of this phone is when it rings Barbie sings the original 1959 “Busy Buzz” soundtrack and the stage flashes.

We have had the pleasure of owning this fun, unique treasure in our private collection since 1995 and are the original owners.  It has been stored in a completely smoke and pet free environment.  We are in the process of downsizing, therefore are selling due to display space limitations.
